1. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by email.

Please ensure we have safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled time.

Arrival windows are typically 30–60 minutes, depending on traffic and job length.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for 24–48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than the required notice may incur a cancellation fee of [insert amount or percentage].

For the safety of our team, we cannot clean areas with hazardous conditions (e.g., mold, biohazards, infestations, unsafe structures).

6. Client Responsibilities

Please secure pets and valuables before your appointment.

We are not responsible for items not properly secured or that were already damaged prior to cleaning.

If you prefer certain products or have allergies, please notify us before your appointment.

7. Pets

We love pets! However, for everyone’s safety, pets must be secured during cleaning.

If a pet becomes aggressive or hinders cleaning, our team may pause or end service.
